The Artwork

What makes Vyloire prints museum-grade?

Every Vyloire artwork is giclée-printed with archival pigment inks on heavyweight, textured cold-press fine-art paper — a 300 gsm, acid-free, 100% cotton rag stock of the kind trusted by galleries and collectors. Pigment inks resist fading for decades, and the textured cold-press surface gives each piece genuine tactile depth rather than the flat finish of mass-produced prints. Will the colours match what I see on screen?

We print with colour accuracy as a priority, and the palette of each piece is faithfully preserved in the final artwork. Subtle variation can occur due to screen calibration, device settings, and the ambient light within your space — these gentle differences are part of viewing fine art in the physical world and do not constitute a defect.

Are Vyloire artworks limited editions?

Our pieces are open editions, produced individually to order. Nothing is mass-stocked — every artwork is brought into existence only after your order is placed, for your walls alone.

Framing

How do the framed options work?

Framed artworks arrive in solid premium oak — in Natural, Black, White or Walnut — glazed with a real glass cover, fully backed, and fitted with hanging hardware. Your piece is ready to hang the moment it arrives.

Which frame finish should I choose?

Natural oak suits warm, Scandinavian and Japandi interiors; black intensifies contrast and anchors modern spaces; white softens the palette for bright, airy rooms; walnut deepens the warmth of earth-tone pieces. Each product page offers guidance for its particular palette.

Can I order the print alone and frame it myself?

Of course. Select Unframed and your print will arrive carefully packaged and ready for the floating frame, standard frame, or custom framing service of your choice.

Sizing

What sizes are available?

Artworks are offered in multiple sizes — typically 12×18, 16×24 and 24×36 inches — as individual prints or complete matched sets. Each product page includes a size guide photographed in real interiors, so you can judge the scale with confidence.

How do I choose the right size for my wall?

As a general principle: artwork above a sofa or bed should span roughly two-thirds the width of the furniture beneath it. Our 24×36 works anchor feature walls; 16×24 suits bedrooms, offices and hallways; 12×18 is ideal for gallery walls and more intimate corners. If you are undecided, write to us before ordering — we would far rather guide you well than have you receive something that does not feel entirely right.

Ordering & Production

How long does production take?

Every Vyloire artwork is made to order. Most pieces are printed, framed and quality-reviewed within 1 to 3 business days, with up to 4 business days as our standard handling window before dispatch.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you notice an error, write to us immediately at support@vyloire.com — we will respond with urgency. Because production begins promptly after confirmation, amendments cannot be guaranteed once a piece has entered production.

Shipping & Delivery

Is shipping really free?

Yes — complimentary worldwide shipping on every order, without exception. No thresholds, no codes, no surprises at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Within the United States, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days after dispatch. International orders typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days of dispatch. Every order is fully tracked to your door. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

No. Every international order travels with its duties settled in advance — customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are prepaid on your behalf. There is nothing further to pay upon arrival.

Returns & Replacements

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the rare case of damage in transit or a production defect, contact us at support@vyloire.com with your order number and clear photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will arrange a replacement — or where appropriate, a refund — and we will not rest until it is made right.

Can I return my artwork if I change my mind?

Because each piece is produced exclusively in response to your order, we are unable to accommodate returns for a change of heart or an error in selection once production has commenced. We invite you to consider your chosen work with care before confirming — and to write to us with any question beforehand. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

The Vyloire Circle

What is the Vyloire Circle?

An invitation extended with every order. Publish a video of your artwork in your space and receive 10% of your order back as Vyloire credit; share your personal Circle invitation and receive 15% of every order it brings as a cash reward, while those who accept it are welcomed with 10% in their favour.
