Every relationship built on trust begins with clarity. These terms exist not to place distance between Vyloire and those who choose us, but to establish an honest foundation — one that protects both sides and allows every transaction to proceed with confidence and mutual respect.
By placing an order with Vyloire, you are agreeing to the terms set out below. We ask that you read them with care.
Who We Are
Vyloire is a luxury wall art brand offering made-to-order fine-art prints, produced and fulfilled within the United States. All orders are placed through our online store at vyloire.com. Vyloire is operated by VYLOIRE LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing our store, browsing our collections, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full. If any part of these terms is not acceptable to you, we ask that you refrain from placing an order until the matter has been resolved — Vyloire is available at support@vyloire.com should you have any questions.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who interacts with Vyloire through our store or correspondence.
Our Products
Every Vyloire artwork is made to order. Nothing is produced in advance, held in inventory, or dispatched without passing through our quality process. Each piece is created in direct response to a confirmed order, with care and attention applied at every stage.
We make every effort to represent our products accurately — in imagery, description, size, and finish. However, please be aware that colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device calibration, and the ambient light within your space. Minor variations of this nature do not constitute a defect.
Placing an Order
When you place an order through vyloire.com, you are making an offer to purchase the item or items selected, at the price displayed, to be delivered to the address provided.
Your order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. At this point, production commences and the terms of our made-to-order policy apply in full.
Please review every detail of your order before confirming — your chosen artwork, size, frame option, finish, and shipping address. Once production has begun, amendments cannot be guaranteed.
Pricing
All prices displayed on vyloire.com are listed in US Dollars. Vyloire reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any change in price will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for.
Every international order travels with its duties settled in advance. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are prepaid on your behalf — there is nothing further to pay upon arrival, and no unexpected charges at your door.
Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Vyloire accepts all major payment methods as presented at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Vyloire does not store or have access to your full payment details.
In the event that a payment is declined or a chargeback is initiated without valid cause, Vyloire reserves the right to cancel the associated order and restrict future purchases.
Production & Shipping
Every order enters production after payment is confirmed. Most orders are produced and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, with up to 4 business days as our standard handling window.
Complimentary shipping is provided on all orders. Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided so that you may follow your order's journey.

Returns & Refunds
Because every Vyloire artwork is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference once production has commenced.
A replacement or refund may be offered in cases of genuine damage, a clear production defect, or an incorrect item received. All such requests must be submitted to support@vyloire.com with supporting photographs and your order number.

Intellectual Property
All artwork, imagery, designs, text, branding, and content presented on vyloire.com is the property of Vyloire and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
Nothing displayed on our store may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Vyloire. The purchase of a print grants you ownership of the physical object — it does not transfer any intellectual property rights associated with the artwork or the Vyloire brand.
Your Responsibilities
By placing an order with Vyloire, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or are placing the order with the consent of a legal guardian
- The information provided — including your name, address, and payment details — is accurate and complete
- You will not use our products, brand, or platform for any unlawful purpose
- You will not attempt to reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any Vyloire artwork without written authorisation
Limitation of Liability
Vyloire's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, natural events, or technical disruptions.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to vyloire.com and accept no liability for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the store.
Privacy
Vyloire collects and uses your personal information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy — including processing your order, communicating with you about that order, and improving your experience with us.
