There is no department to navigate. No automated reply designed to deflect. When you write to Vyloire, your message is received directly and answered with the full attention it warrants.
Before Your Order Is Placed
Certainty is the greatest luxury of all.
If something gives you pause before you commit — a question about a size, a finish, a frame, or how a particular work might live within your space — please do not hesitate to write. Vyloire would far rather take the time to guide you well than have you receive something that does not feel entirely right.
We are here before the decision, not only after it.
After Your Order Is Placed
Once your order is confirmed and your print is in production, we remain available should anything arise. For questions regarding your production timeline, your delivery, or the condition in which your print has arrived, please write to support@vyloire.com with the following:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A clear account of your enquiry
- Photographs, where the matter relates to the condition of your print or its packaging
The more you are able to share, the more precisely we are able to act on your behalf.
The Vyloire Circle
If your Vyloire artwork has found its place on your walls — and you feel moved to share it with the world — we would be honoured to witness it.
Publish a video of your artwork and you may receive 10% of your order as Vyloire credit toward a future acquisition; or share your personal Circle invitation and receive 15% of every order it brings as a cash reward, while those who accept it are welcomed with 10% in their favour.
To submit your video for consideration, please write to us at circle@vyloire.com with:
- A direct link to your published post
- Your order number
- The platform on which the content was published
Rewards earned through your personal Circle invitation require no submission and follow automatically. Each video submission is reviewed with care and responded to in due course.
On the Matter of Time
Every response from Vyloire is written with genuine intention — read in full, considered carefully, and answered in a way that is truly useful to you. This is not correspondence managed by a system. It is personal.
Vyloire aims to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours, seven days a week. Should your message arrive during a period of exceptional volume, we ask for a measure of your patience. You will receive a response — and when you do, it will have been worth the wait.
What We Ask of You
Luxury, at its finest, is a relationship built on trust. Vyloire brings full attention to every enquiry. In turn, we ask only that you write with the details needed to serve you well — your name, your order number, and a clear account of what has prompted you to reach out.
With that, there is very little that cannot be resolved.
