The Vyloire Standard — a guide to our care and commitment.

There are things that cannot be rushed. At Vyloire, we believe that art is one of them. Every piece that bears our name is produced through a process of quiet mastery — considered in every detail, uncompromising in every measure. What arrives at your door is a work of art — made to order, prepared with care for your space and for your walls.

The Nature of Every Order

Vyloire does not produce in advance, in volume, or without purpose. Each piece is set into production only after your order is placed — a deliberate approach that allows us to give every piece the individual attention it deserves.

This is not a limitation. It is a choice — one that allows us to maintain the standard that defines us.

Because each piece is prepared exclusively in response to your order, we are unable to accommodate returns or issue refunds in the event of a change of heart, a shift in preference, an error in selection, or a mistaken order once production has commenced.

We invite you — before your order is confirmed — to consider your chosen work with care. The size. The frame. The finish. The address to which it will travel. Every detail matters, and we encourage you to honour that.

Our Commitment When Something Is Not Right

We hold ourselves to an exacting standard, and we expect every Vyloire artwork to arrive precisely as intended. On the rare occasion that it does not, Vyloire will give the matter the full weight of our attention.

A replacement or refund may be extended in the following circumstances:

  • The artwork arrives in a damaged condition
  • A clear defect in printing or production is present
  • An incorrect item is received
  • The order is confirmed lost in transit beyond the expected delivery window
  • The order is subject to a delay of significant and reviewable nature

In all eligible cases, Vyloire will endeavour first to send a replacement — so that the artwork you chose may reach you as it was always meant to.

Damaged or Defective Artworks

Should your piece arrive in a condition unworthy of the Vyloire name, we ask that you contact us without delay.

Please provide the following so that we may review your case with the precision it requires:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the artwork as received
  • Clear photographs of the original packaging
  • A description of the concern

Each case is handled individually, reviewed with care, and treated with the discretion our clients deserve.

Situations We Are Unable to Accommodate

The made-to-order nature of every Vyloire artwork means that certain requests fall outside what we are able to honour. We ask for your understanding in the following circumstances:

  • A change of mind following the confirmation of an order
  • A preference for a different size, frame, colour, or finish
  • A piece produced correctly and faithfully in accordance with the order placed
  • An address provided incorrectly or incompletely at the time of purchase
  • A package refused upon delivery or left uncollected
  • An order that remains within its standard production or delivery timeframe
  • A parcel confirmed as delivered by the carrier
  • Subtle variations in colour resulting from screen calibration, device settings, or the quality of ambient light in your space

We believe that transparency in these matters is itself a form of respect.

The Precision of Your Address

A Vyloire artwork is prepared for a specific destination. We ask that you ensure the address you provide is accurate and complete before your order is confirmed. Vyloire cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Should you become aware of an error after your order has been placed, please write to us immediately at support@vyloire.com — we will respond with urgency. However, we cannot guarantee that an amendment is possible once a piece has entered production or fulfilment.

Delivered, Yet Not in Your Hands

Should your tracking confirm delivery while the artwork has not yet reached you, we suggest first consulting with those in your household, your neighbours, your building's reception, or your local carrier office.

Vyloire does not bear responsibility for parcels confirmed as delivered. We do, however, understand the gravity of such a situation — and Vyloire will review every case with the seriousness and empathy it warrants.

When a Parcel is Returned

Should a parcel be returned to sender — through an undeliverable address, a refusal at the door, or a failure to collect — Vyloire is not in a position to issue a replacement at no cost. In many cases, the carrier will not return the artwork to us. Should you wish to receive your order, a new purchase would be required.

International Orders

Every international order travels with its duties settled in advance — customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are prepaid on your behalf. There is nothing further to pay upon arrival, and no unexpected charges at your door.

Customs processing occasionally adds time in certain countries. Such delays are rare, remain beyond our control, and never carry a cost to you.

The Vyloire Circle — An Invitation

Art is most alive when it is seen.

The Vyloire Circle is an invitation extended to those who feel moved to share how their artwork lives within their world — and to those whose sharing draws new admirers to the work. We express our gratitude in two forms:

 

For Sharing Your Piece For Drawing Others to the Work
Publish a video of your artwork and receive 10% of your order, returned as Vyloire credit toward a future acquisition. Share your personal Circle invitation and receive 15% of every order it brings as a cash reward — while those who accept it are welcomed with 10% in their favour.

 

Eligible formats include Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and equivalent short-form video. To be considered for the sharing gratitude, the following must be observed:

  • The content must be original and created entirely by the customer
  • The Vyloire artwork must be clearly and beautifully present throughout
  • The post must remain permanently public — its removal at any point renders the submission ineligible
  • The content must not feature any music
  • The video caption must include a direct link to the product purchased or to vyloire.com
  • The work must reflect the values and aesthetic standards of the Vyloire name

The gratitude for sharing pertains solely to the order featured within the content, and is extended once per order, as Vyloire credit. The reward for drawing others is extended as a cash reward on each confirmed, fulfilled order placed through your personal Circle invitation, and is issued once any return window has passed.

Vyloire reserves the right to review all submissions and determine eligibility before a reward is confirmed. Local taxes and import duties are not included within any reward amount.

Every decision we make — from the quality of materials we select to the care with which your piece is prepared and packed — is guided by a single principle: that what reaches you must be worthy of the name it carries.

Should it ever fall short, we will not rest until it is made right.
