From our hands to your walls. At Vyloire, the journey of an artwork does not end when it leaves our facility. It ends when it arrives at your door — intact, protected, and worthy of the walls it was made for. Every order is dispatched with the same care and intention that went into creating it.

Complimentary Shipping

Every Vyloire order is delivered with complimentary shipping, without exception. There are no thresholds to reach, no codes to apply. From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives, the experience is seamless and without added cost.

This is not a promotion. It is simply how we believe things should be done.

Production Before Dispatch

Because every Vyloire artwork is made to order, a period of careful production precedes its journey to you. Your artwork is not taken from a shelf — it is printed, framed and packaged in response to your order, with attention given to every detail before it is approved for dispatch.

Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 1 to 3 business days. We allow up to 4 business days as our standard handling window, ensuring that every piece passes the quality review it deserves before it leaves our facility.

Domestic Delivery

All Vyloire artworks are produced within the United States and shipped directly to you. For customers within the US, this means no import duties, no customs fees, and no unexpected charges upon arrival — with delivery typically within 2 to 3 business days of dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided so that you may follow its journey to you.

International Delivery

Vyloire ships to destinations across the world. Your artwork departs from our US facility and travels to you through trusted international carriers, typically arriving within 5 to 8 business days of dispatch.

Every international order travels with its duties settled in advance. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are prepaid on your behalf — there is nothing further for you to pay upon arrival, and no unexpected charges at your door.

While customs authorities may occasionally add processing time, such delays are rare, remain beyond our control, and never carry a cost to you.

When Your Order Contains Multiple Artworks

Should your order include more than one print, pieces may arrive together or in separate parcels depending on size, format, and production requirements. If your order is dispatched in more than one package, you will receive a tracking number for each.

Military & Government Addresses

For orders being delivered to APO, FPO, DPO, or certain Department of State addresses, parcel size restrictions apply. Larger artworks may fall outside the permitted dimensions for military and government mail. Should your order be affected, Vyloire will be in touch directly and will guide you through the available options.

Tracking Your Order

Every Vyloire order is fully tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you. Please allow a short period for updates to appear after your label has been created — this is normal and no cause for concern.

We encourage you to monitor the progress of your delivery and, should anything appear unusual, to reach out to us at support@vyloire.com — we will look into the matter with care and without delay.

Delivery Timeframes & Carrier Variables

Once your artwork leaves our facility, transit times are in the hands of the carrier. Delivery windows may be influenced by your location, seasonal carrier volume, weather conditions, and public holidays. These factors fall outside our control, though we will always do our best to assist should a concern arise.

The Precision of Your Address

A piece produced with care deserves an address provided with equal care. Please review your shipping details thoroughly before confirming your order. Vyloire cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries arising from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Should you notice an error after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately at support@vyloire.com — we will do everything within our means to assist, though amendments cannot be guaranteed once production has commenced.
